Historical Dim Sum in Kulai! that found from 'Chop Pun Heong Dim Sum Restaurant'

(Fried "Cha Siu Bao")

     Today, we want to introduce famous dim sum in Kulai which is “Da Bao”. "Da Bao" is the dough that wrap up meat and egg inside. Because of the size is big so basically one "Da Bao" is enough for breakfast. The another famous dim sum is “Cha Siu Bao” also known barbecued pork bun. "Cha Siu Bao" has pickled and fry fillings inside that has rich flavor and the skin is fried that taste crispy.

 Besides that, this restaurant has served many dim sum like “Siu Mai” which also known as steamed pork dumpling and steamed fish ball, steamed ginger chicken, etc.

(Jian Dui)

     The "Jian Dui" is a dessert in chinese Dim Sum. The taste is sweet with fillings have red bean and peanut. Besides, the skin is sticky and fried and wrapped up with sesame that increase the aroma of "Jian Dui".

(Fried carrot cake)

     It has also served another food like fried carrot cake and porridge. This fried carrot cake is delicious as the carrot cake is soft and full aroma and the bean sprouts is juicy and crispy that increase the taste.
