Selling many types of yong tau foo restaurant - "Niang Pin Jia Restaurant"


'Yong Tau Foo' is the famous Chinese food which use swordweed, brinjaul, bitter gourd, big chili, dumpling and etc with wrapping the meat to put inside it. Niang Pin Jia Restaurant is the famous restaurant which sells "Yong Tau Foo" in Kulai and serves many types of yong tau foo & noodles.

 This restaurant serves three types of noodles cooking version which are dry, soup and curry version. Customers can based on their favorite types of cooking version to matches with their Yong Tau Foo.

The photo below is shows the silver needle noodles and yellow noodles in dry version. The portion of the noodles is moderate. The taste of the noodles is nice and not too salty.

On the other hand, Yong tau foo also provides two version of cooking methods which are soup and fry version. For the soup version, it uses light soup to serve, therefore the taste is lite. The ingredients of Yong Tau Foo are minced pork, minced fish, turnips and etc.
