The word retro signifies looking backward or past time.
Retro style is means that the interior design by using the furniture which made
in the decades between the 1950s and the 1980s or newly furniture that was
produced to have a retro style.
Today we want to introduce one of the retro style cafe that
combines with the traditional style restaurant which is "Father and Son
Coffee". There are two sides of this restaurant which are behind side is
selling the traditional food but in front side is the cafe.

For the cafe area, there sells many types of coffee such as
latte, cappuccino, hazelnut latte, chocolate and etc. All of the coffee bean
that use to make coffee are come from Brazil and Ethiopia. They also sell the
traditional Malaysian foods and desserts such as Tampoi Laksa, asam laksa,
rojak, Hakka beancurd, cendol, red bean soup and etc. Now, let us introduce the
food.
This is the 'tampoi laksa with the price of RM 5. Tampoi
laksa is the most famous and welcome food at here. However, for the laksa taste
is a bit spicy and very savory. The red colour at the top of laksa is the chili
what we called as 'sambal' in Malaysia. It must stir together with the mihun
thus the taste of laksa soup will be good enough.
This is the most popular of Malaysia food which is 'cendol'
with the price of RM3. The taste of cendol also fragrant and sweet as one of
the ingredient is Malacca's sugar and the red bean which put inside the cendol
that result in it very sweet. Cendol is in the ice version but not in the hot
version that's why most of the Malaysian like this dessert during hot day.
Lastly, this is dried beancurd with ginkgo nuts dessert and
the price is only RM3. The taste of dried beancurd and ginkgo nuts is good but
the ginkgo is a bit bitter. However, it is so delicious at all.

"Father and Son Coffee" and try to have a cup of coffee. In addition,
if you are a foodie you can not miss to try the delicious traditional foods and
desserts provided in this restaurant.
