"Lei Cha" also known as "Lui Cha". Lei
cha literally translates into English is "thunder tea rice".
"Lei Cha" is one of the traditional Hakka Food. Seventh day of the
Lunar New Year is the birth of mankind. Therefore, most of the Hakkas
customarily will eat "Lei Cha" on that day. Nowadays, "Lei
Cha" already be a main choices dish of lunch or dinner for the people.
Today, we want to recommend one of the "Lei

Xuan Restaurant".

Cha", but also fried rice, sweet and sour meat as well. However,
"Ming Xuan" tou fu is the signature food at here and the hot selling
food is "Lei Cha".
As we all know, "Lei Cha" is a healthy food as it contains many
types of vegetables such as Chinese mustard, French beans, long beans,
preserved radish, firm bean curd etc. All the vegetables that put into the "Lei Cha" are very fresh and well cooked. The soup is very benefits to our body
health because it contains basil leaves, mint leaves,tea leaves, roasted
peanuts, sesame seeds, etc. The soup have a good fragrant of same seeds and roasted peanuts and the taste is sweet.
